Mandrel preparation

Mandrel pretreatment consists of three steps after which the mandrels are automatically transported to the next phase.

1. Removal of residues and contaminants
2. Application of release agent
3. Preheating in oven

Preheating ovens are provided with a transport- and mandrel rotation system for uniform heating.
