Resin storage & dosing

Raw materials like thermosetting resins, curing agents and pigments are stored in tanks. Capacities of the storage vessels are tuned to the consumption of the plant. The level and temperature of the materials are continuously controlled.

All piping, valves and pumps for transport of raw materials can be heated and insulated. Metering equipment ensures supply of consistent resin formulations to the winding machine.
