Curing

Tunnel ovens with an internal transport- and mandrel rotation system and high production capacity are used. These ovens have the possibility to apply different temperature sections for resin systems that require a post cure cycle after initial curing.

The ovens are provided with a control system for:

• Accurate and consistent temperature control in the different sections
• Mandrel rotation and transport
• Communication with surrounding machines for mandrel offer and request
• Early detection of obstructions in the oven

Ovens are available with electrical or gas heating.
